Protected health information created or received in the course of your care is governed by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide at your first visit and on request. Nothing on this page limits or replaces the rights described there.

Please do not send protected health information, clinical details or any sensitive medical history through this website. Our contact form is not a secure or encrypted channel for medical information. To discuss your care, call us at (718) 996-9929.

Information you give us

When you submit our contact form, we collect the name, email address, phone number, service of interest and message you enter. We use that information solely to respond to your enquiry and to schedule or follow up on care. We do not sell it, rent it or share it for anyone else’s marketing.

Our feedback form works differently: it opens a message in your own email application with the details you entered already filled in. Nothing is sent anywhere until you choose to send that email, and the website itself does not retain a copy.

Information collected automatically

Our web server keeps standard access logs — IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These are used to operate and secure the site and to diagnose technical problems.

This website does not run advertising trackers and does not set analytics cookies of its own. Cookies may still be set by the third-party services described below when their content loads.

Third-party services

Some parts of this site rely on outside providers, each of which handles data under its own privacy policy:

• Contact form processing. Submissions are delivered by our marketing partner, Medi-Edge Marketing, and are protected against automated abuse by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects device and usage signals for that purpose.
• Google Maps. An embedded map appears in the footer of every page so you can find our office.
• Zocdoc. Our appointment buttons take you to Zocdoc’s booking platform. Anything you enter there is collected by Zocdoc, not by this website.
• Google Business Profile and Yelp. Review links take you to those platforms, where any review you leave is public.

How long we keep information

Enquiries submitted through the contact form are retained only as long as needed to respond to you and to keep a record of the request, after which they are deleted. Server access logs are rotated on a routine schedule.

Children’s privacy

This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information online from children under 13. If you believe a child has submitted information through this site, contact us and we will remove it.

Your choices

You can browse this website without submitting any information. You can ask us to correct or delete the details you sent through the contact form, and you can set your browser to refuse cookies, though some embedded content may not work as expected if you do.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our website or services change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised.
